Service: It is not the intention of Enchanted Event to violate any copyright laws. Our
characters are NOT name brand copyrighted characters. Our characters are generic and
we can only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we DO NOT represent
any licensed character. Any resemblance to nationally known copyrighted characters is
incidental. If you are requiring a licensed, copyrighted character for your event you should
contact the company / copyright holders. Enchanted Events reserves the right, at its sole
discretion, to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Service
without notice or liability to you.
Payment: Please have your payment ready upon our arrival in cash or cashier's check
made out to Enchanted Event. We can accept credit cards and debit cards at your home or
by PayPal on my website, but please let us know ahead of time what your method of
payment will be. We would also appreciate that you be discrete with your payment.
Nothing ruins the fun and magic of having a princess arrive at your house than seeing her
handed cash as she leaves. It would be best if payment was folded and placed in an
envelope.
Liability: Please be advised that Enchanted Events assumes no responsibility or liability to
accidents or damages caused during your party to your guests or your property. Your
princess guest will always be considerate that your home and guests are treated with care;
however, liability will lie strictly with the client.
Harassment: Your party will be cancelled if any form of harassment should occur.
Lateness: We will call you if we are running late and will stay longer to compensate.
Food and Beverage: Please wait to serve the food and beverages until the princesses
have left to return to their castle. Their dresses are very expensive and we would rather
like to avoid having pink punch spilled on them. Plus introducing the cake is a great way to
distract the smaller princesses as the Princess guest leaves the party.
Policies
How many children may attend?
We have found that the best group size is 12 or less (not including parents!) This allows
plenty of individual attention for each guest. Our package prices are based on this number.
If, however, your group number exceeds 12, please let us know and we will work something
out for you.
May parents and siblings attend?
The parent/guardian of the birthday child must be in attendance at all times. All parents are
welcome to stay and participate. You'll want to take lots of pictures!! Siblings are invited to
participate and are included in the number of children. Birthdays are a family affair and we
want everyone to join in the fun!
What do I need to do?
The party hostess just needs to have a room ready to gather in. If we are doing crafts, please
have a table available. Be sure to have your camera ready! If you are paying by check or
cash, please have it ready in an envelope.
What ages are appropriate?
Our parties are geared toward 3-12 year olds. However, everyone loves to be royalty, so
we can customize for your group.
What about late guests?
Our events are based on a schedule of activities, so guests arriving late may join in when they
come.
